Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) 在歐洲與美國設立華語學習中心，積極與當地社區互動，為 18 歲以上的成人提供專業、高品質的國語課程。無論是學生、商務人士，或對中文有興趣的學習者，都能透過 TCML 培養第二語言能力，深入體驗台灣文化。
本專案以 「 學習 」 為核心概念，靈感來自台灣常見的中文練習簿。透過國文學習本與考卷中的視覺元素，包含：方框、虛線、箭頭與數字等，展現台灣學習繁體字的獨特面貌，讓學習者在數位環境中也能感受傳統書寫文化的魅力。
Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) has established Chinese language learning centers in Europe and the United States, and interacts with local communities to provide professional, high-quality Mandarin courses for adults aged 18 and over, where students, businesspeople, and people from all walks of life can develop their second-language skills through TCML training.
Our website is based on the core theme of learning and is designed on the grid of Chinese exercise books. Visual elements such as boxes, dotted lines, arrows and numbers are extracted from Mandarin study books and examination papers to show the face and culture of learning traditional Chinese characters in Taiwan.
