本專案為香港房地產公司 Serakai 的網站設計，旨在呈現其在投資與開發領域的願景，並展現其打造充滿活力的空間，以激發、吸引並啟發人們的靈感。我們透過設計，強調 Serakai 如何創造具影響力的場所，讓空間成為連結人與體驗的橋樑。
Dyne 的符號形態象徵現實世界的不完美，以及人類不斷追求卓越的渴望。我們將這一理念融入品牌識別系統，並應用於網站的導航元件、頁面滾動等視覺動態，展現科技推進的流動感。透過影像敘事，Dyne 不僅傳遞與地球共存的使命，更展現對未知世界的無限好奇與探索精神。
The website design for Serakai, a Hong Kong-based real estate company, which aims to present its vision in the field of investment and development, and to demonstrate its ability to create dynamic spaces that inspire, engage, and motivate people. Through the design, we emphasize how Serakai creates impactful places where space becomes a bridge between people and experiences.
The Dyne symbol symbolizes the imperfections of the real world and the human desire for excellence. We incorporated this concept into our brand identity system and applied it to the navigation elements of our website, page scrolling and other visual dynamics to demonstrate the fluidity of technological advancement. Through visual narratives, Dyne not only conveys its mission of coexistence with the earth, but also demonstrates its infinite curiosity and spirit of exploration of the unknown.
